1. Cleaning of 5657 aluminium anodized coil sheet surface after oxidation treatment: at least four times of washing is guaranteed. The PH value of the first tank should be lower than that of the left and right tank PH5-7, close to neutrality, so as to prevent colloidal aluminium hydroxide from depositing in the pore of the membrane and affecting the dyeing. Third, the four flumes should be cleaned with flowing water (the best pure water) to ensure that the products are cleaned thoroughly, prevent acid water from being brought into the post-sequencing fluids, and accelerate the aging or deterioration of the fluids. After four times of washing, the white products can be sealed directly, and the dyeing products should be washed twice more.


 
2. Surface oxidation treatment of 5657 aluminium anodized coil sheet - cleaning after dyeing: It should be washed twice. The residual dyes adsorbed on the surface of aluminium oxide dyeing products should be washed twice. The impurities in the closed tank can be reduced, the service life of the closed tank can be prolonged, and the PH value is stable. The two washes can not be used as overflow, and can be replaced regularly depending on the workload. Note: In fact, many people do not pay much attention to the cleaning after dyeing, resulting in high impurities in the closed tank, adsorbed on the product surface when closed, resulting in difficult cleaning after closed, dirty product surface.
 
3. Surface oxidation treatment of 5657 aluminium anodised coil sheet - cleaning after sealing: It should be equipped with two times of water washing, adding hot pure water immersion. Closed washing mainly cleans the sealing liquid of the product and the impurities adsorbed on the surface. Soaking hot pure water mainly achieves the function of quick drying.
